My Aged Care

Cranbourne Physiotherapy and Physio on Clyde provide services to clients who are registered with My Aged Care or who have a Home Care Package (HCP).

We welcome referrals from clients receiving government-funded aged care support, including those accessing Home Care Packages (HCP) or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

We are an independent physiotherapy practice and not a registered My Aged Care provider. We work with a range of approved aged care providers and clients may use their existing package funding to access our services where appropriate.
